Plain-language terms for advertisers bidding on SaaSBid placement.

Paid placement
Every position on the leaderboard is a paid advertising placement. Rank reflects the amount paid during the active week and nothing else.
Acceptable destinations
Destinations must be live HTTPS websites for a real software product. Malware, cloaking, redirect chains and adult or illegal content are rejected.
Moderation
SaaSBid may reject or remove a listing at any time. Removed listings that were paid for are refunded pro rata for the remainder of the week.
Refunds
Successful bids are normally non-refundable. Automatic full refunds are issued where a payment completes but the quoted position is no longer valid (a stale takeover), or where a platform error prevents the placement being delivered. Refunds are returned to the original card by Stripe.
Payments
Card details are collected and processed by Stripe. SaaSBid never sees or stores card numbers. Each bid is a single one-time charge for the exact amount shown before payment.
Complaints
Contact support@saasbid.lol with any complaint or dispute. We aim to respond within five working days.

No guarantee of results
SaaSBid guarantees placement and honest measurement. It does not guarantee clicks, signups or revenue.
